Italy has a proud history in the techno scene, producing some of the genre’s most important artists over the years. That pedigree has continued into contemporary times, thanks to DJs and producers like Irregular Synth, who has inherited Italian techno’s penchant for tough grooves and heady melodies, while interpreting those elements in his own unique way.
And now the rising star is visiting Australia for the first time. DJ, producer, and label owner, Irregular Synth has made a huge mark on the global techno scene in the last few years. He has played at the likes of Melkweg in Amsterdam, Stereo in Montreal, and Barro Club in his home town of Naples, as well as released music on highly respected labels such as MB Elektronics, Pornographic, and ARTS. In 2015 Irregular Synth launched his own successful label, Dirty Minds, which has featured contributions from artists such as Dax J, Patrick DSP, and Cristian Varela.
Techno fans in Sydney and Melbourne will get an opportunity to catch Irregular Synth at the end of February. Full details and ticket links below.
