It has already become a tradition: near April, electronic music fans from all over Latin America look forward to the arrival of the “best day of the year”: the 6th edition of the Warung Day Festival, which will take place in the Quarry (Pedreira) Paulo Leminski, Curitiba (PR), on April 13 (Saturday). To say that it is one of the biggest electronic music projects in Brazil would diminish it: WDF is notoriously one of the biggest musical events of the year in Latin America, with 13 hours of music and more than 20 artists simultaneously playing in the three grand stages. A unique experience amid the contemplative scenery of the Pedreira.

“To reach the 6th edition of an event is a satisfaction, but for us is the consolidation of a brand that is Warung itself: a temple of electronic music dedicated to those who live music in all its wideness”, says Gustavo Conti, founder of Warung Beach Club and one of the creators of WDF.

The Warung Stage, the Pedreira Stage and the Garden Stage will present some of the biggest names in the genre today. Already confirmed are: Anna; DJ Koze; Gerd Janson; Joris Voorn; Lee Foss & Anabel Englund; Oliver Koletzki; Pig & Dan; Rødhåd; Albuquerque; Conti & Leozinho; Danee & Edu Schwartz; Eli Iwasa; Gabe (Live); Gui Boratto; Gui Scott & Caio T; Phil Mill & Barbara Boeing; and Renato Ratier.

“In 2018, we’ve reached a record audience for WDF again. It is safe to say that it is a festival that only grows and evolves every year, like a extention of our Temple in Itajaí inside Curitiba. Just as the coast of Santa Catarina has it magical vibes on the Sunrise, the Warung Day Festival begins in the first hours of the day, a factor that further enhances the natural landscape of our location”, says Luis Gustavo Zagonel, WDF’s managing partner.

The Quarry (Pedreira) Paulo Leminski is the most traditional venue for major events in the Paraná capital city: it has more than eight thousand meters of covered area, with a food court and food trucks. All the ambiance and production is minimally idealized by the organizers Gustavo Conti, Luis Gustavo Zagonel, Patrik Cornelsen, Renato Ratier (DJ) and Carlos Civitate Júnior (Jejê). The realization of the Warung Day Festival is authored by Warung Beach Club, Planeta Brasil Entertainment and T2 Events.

Tickets are now on sale at the Warung Day Festival website and at Blueticket, Alô Tickets and EventBrite. Values range from R$ 140 to R$ 590. All tickets are available with half-tickets upon proof, except cabins.
