Never one to follow in other’s footsteps, Pleasurekraft has made a living on blazing new musical paths. The debut “Tarantula” became an instant classic tech house record and went on to become one of Beatport’s top selling tracks of all time to date. Over the next few years, the distinctive style garnered a bevy of fans worldwide which continued to grow as Pleasurekraft’s muscial style continued to evolve toward the techno sphere. While 2016 saw Pleasurekraft releas on heavyweight techno imprints like Octopus, Nicole Moudaber’s MOOD, and Adam Beyer’s Drumcode Records, it’s this year’s refocus on his own label Kraftek that is cause for serious excitement.

Wasting no time on the 2017 calendar, comes Pleasurekraft’s first release of the new year, the highly anticipated “Rigel”. Already hailed as ‘Pleasurekraft’s best song to date’ by Dancing Astronaut, it is an 8-minute cosmic techno workout which has received praise from Adam Beyer, Alan Fitzpatrick, Joseph Capriati and many more. With a flurry of massive techno releases upcoming on Kraftek this year, Pleasurekraft is putting the global techno community on notice: 2017 will be a defining year for one of dance music’s most innovative and inspired acts.
